Lord Of The Black Sand

Ok, so this drawing was technically finished a while ago, but I didn't start the background till the other day. Not to mention I was trying out this program called "SAI". Now, I have used it a few times, and I'll admit, I love the blending tool, it makes everything go soooo much faster! Well.... other than the fact that it is only for Windows, and I am a Mac user. Now, I do have Windows (Bootcamp) on my Mac, but I hardly ever get on my Windows side, and apparently I make my file sizes way too big for SAI to handle (Photoshop can handle it!). I did manage to get my file to open sometimes... but it was a pain!

So, I have been re-watching Disney's "Aladdin TV Series", and while doing so I got the urge to draw Mozenrath. He is the coolest Villain in "Aladdin", and he has always made me think of an evil/cooler Aladdin, like he and Aladdin should be brothers! And it turns out that the original idea for "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" story line involved Mozenrath and Aladdin finding out that they were brothers... but the writers were stupid and changed it...

So, if you haven't already guessed Mozenrath is my favorite "Aladdin" character. My favorite characters always seem to have Dark hair and Pale skin... I don't know why, I just love that combination <3 (It must be all those Tim Burton Movies I watch) Oh! And blue eye's! I almost gave Mozenrath blue eye's because in the TV Show his eye's are just black, so it really gave me the option to pick any color I wanted for his eyes. However, I went with yellow eye's because it just seemed like it fit him better.
